Food
all range of food and prices available (from THB 40 street food which is by the way very tasty safe and clean to trendy restaurants about THB 1500)

Daily training schedule
8am to 10am and in the afternoon from 3.30pm to 7pm (Mon to Sat)
Nearby facilities/things to do
Lumpini Park and outdoor gym facilities, Suan Lum Night bazaar (shopping). The gym is located centrally so easy access to Sukhumvit, Silom, Siam, Chitlom, Ploenchit areas where you will find plenty of clubs, restaurants, bars, shopping mall, markets, etc.
Personal impressions
ratio of trainers to fighters small gym so you will have between 1-3 of trainers (they are/were all fighters); how welcome did you feel (feel like at home even though though it is not easy to communicate as they don't speak english, warm atmosphere, real muay thai spirit, no agressivity or negative competition between fighters. As a foreigner myself, I do recommend this place
